Thanks, I was hoping for a little more specific. First year pay is what exactly? What can one expect to receive as a MALV? Is per diem 24/7?

$90.93/hr

MALV varies on the bid status and the month, but is somewhere between 75-85. Paid during your 3-4 week break between basic indoc (~3 weeks) and sims (~2 weeks).

PD is $2.45/hr, and is 24/7 during the time you're actually in training. During your break, it gets turned off.
