Looks to be simply a refinancing of one of the three already owned by Titan.

"Atlas Air issues Ex-Im bond for Titan's 777F

I heard from a reliable (second hand) source that according to D.B. the hiring window is going to close for the year.

New base bid out today. 15 747 ANC new hires. 10 767 new hires. 8 767 captain upgrades for CVG. Captain upgrade class starts Nov 4th. FO new hire class dates not announced.

Also 8 747 CA upgrades (6 HSV, 2 IAH), class date TBA.

Junior 767 CA is a 2005 hire, junior 747 CA is a 2000 hire.
