IAD is definitely possible on either airplane. It depends on your age for the ERJ, but the Dash is split evenly seniority-wise. Rumor is most new hires will be ERJ.

The hotels are alright. Nothing amazing and nothing I would run away from. The lengths vary but having come from a previous airline, there is almost never a 10 hour overnight! On the flip-side, we don't have any 32 hour overnights either.

So is the October 3rd class all ERJ's too? I've literally gotten no information from the training department or HR about what to expect

How long were the 145's signed on for? Biggest fear for me would be the plug getting pulled after a year or two...We know united wants to park 50 seaters.

5 years, still 1.5 years away from getting #40.
UAL bought a minority share of commutair, we should be ok for a while

October is still planned to be a mix of dash and 145. I have no idea how many.
