No idea. I didn't make the rules. I'm only trying to follow them and break out of new person jail. I suppose it helps keep fake bots out and people making fast accounts.

I understand. It was that way when I joined 5 years ago, and several thousand posts ago. It does a good job keeping out fake bots and rapid spammers, at least at the outset. The forum had quite a bit of those problems before the rule was implemented. Bear with it.

Just joined, looking to get my feet wet with a discovery ride and see where this adventure takes me.

Former charter F/O to captain on a learjet searching for what's next. My main goal is to get to a major airline, preferably Southwest. I've been reading forum posts on here for a while and figured it's my time to get advice from the been-there-done-that folks.

I'm a student pilot from Israel currently working on my PPL. Planning on moving to the US next year do become a commercial pilot
