There's a captain in DTW who wears his hat with that hat device!

He's got the wings too. Pretty cool setup if you ask me.

If its the same guy I talked to, it's his fathers, a former Delta Captain who has passed.

But the airplane is a 747, isn't it. It has four engines. So it must be post merger with a New York crew, notice the hats?

... and there was a typo, they wrote "weeks" where "days" should go in the training.

Per the latest crew resources update,

"There were 407 unfilled First Officer positions spread
among the 7ER (118), 73N (78), 320 (44), M88 (92) and 717 (75) that we will fill with new hire pilots."

Looks like a ton of new hires are going to be going to the 7ER. Enjoy

Locations where you think new hires would go?

New hires into the 7ER will get either ATL or NYC. All other equipment will be DTW, NYC & ATL based with a few minor exceptions.

Which means you will have to fly with me...
