Does anyone know how seniority works if you successfully pass phase 2? When does it officially start?

I was told occasionally guys fail phase 2 because they find a skeleton in their closet they did not disclose - I.e. Trouble with the law, training failures, etc... Also, one of the last steps in phase 2 is the pilots review the applicant names, so let's say you had beef with several JB pilots, they could veto you.

From what I understood it's based on age (birthdate) in your training class.

Source is someone in pilot recruitment. I would rather not name names, but he/she said it at the vets in blue expo.

Roger- Thanks. Did they say how the process worked as for as points/scoring and who or what is the biggest factor?
