With 320TT, I'd definitely spend $ on your IFR proficiency (specifically flying approaches) not only for your confidence but for the confidence of pilots that you are going to be flying with as well.
I've flown with new hires that have only logged "hood" time and when they experienced their first actual weather, approach to minimums, they became paralyzed. So what I'm trying to say is that the more experience you have, the better.
