Jeez sorry to hear that man. With those numbers you should move on and try with a better operator if you ask me. If PC12 is your thing then try surfair, tradewind and planesense

If any pilot has +1500 hours, go to the regional or a corporate/charter company.
As a low time pilot, you will learn IFR flying in the real system. It is a great place to build experience. The agents and the pilots I flew with are wonderful people. There are some very intelligent young people in management making BTQ a successful company. The company is growing and there will always be pains associated with that growth. The unorganized hiring practices are just a sample of these growing pains.
My time at Boutique and flying the PC12 was generally a good experience, although EAS flying can be tough. There is tremendous pressure to complete flights, even with very bad weather. If flights cancel (delay) during the day, the late shift will be flying those trips, often without a single passenger and often in the middle of the night, so they can show the flights were completed. I did a few of these "make-up" trips and afterwards slept in the airplane, because there was no one at the airport (2am,3am,4am) to let us into the terminal. Not that it mattered, because we had to be back at the airport at 5am for the morning flights. The CDOs are tough and some of the crewhouses are substandard. The Silver City crew house is located on the field, miles from town (food). It has an issue with rodents and centipedes.
I would have stayed at BTQ even with the above issues, but as a pilot you must protect yourself and your certificates and I left to do just that.
PM me if you'd like any details or questions answered.

Boutique is a great company, i have since moved on. But working as a captain out of Phoenix, I personally had a lot of time off, and the schedules were pretty chill.
The overnights, and CDO's are rough, but that comes with any job that has those.
I truly miss the pilatus, and the people at Boutique. Great company in my book.
