Speaking of crash pads, the company has now made 4 beds in one of the Denver crew houses available to commuters for a nominal fee. First come, first served.
PDX just got a lot more commutable with the August schedule. There are now a few overnights in a row for crews, which I personally like a lot. Show time is 1345 when you start a trip, and you're usually done before 1100 at the end, so it works pretty nicely.

I still wouldn't commute to PDX if I weren't at least in the western US, though. Then again, I absolutely hate commuting anyway.

Default Hours?

Just curious to give myself an idea as to how I might rate with current pilots getting interviews. What are your hours?

Thanks

I enjoy suffering and BTQ is still on my plans haha. Caribbean flying is nice but it gets old fast. Maybe January/February for me

From friends that are there and other sources, I repeatedly hear that BTQ is a great op. I recommend to anybody to apply early and often - you never know when that class date will come! Worth the wait- but let the wait happen while you're being productive in the air

Absolutely. Both soon and often are key here. I should have around 1000h in January, so hopefully they'll see me as a quick upgrade or something, who knows go figure. My buddy is super happy too with the operation
