Seriously considering applying to Boutique, but I'm curious about how the scheduling works and what your days on look like. Just trying to figure out how many adjustments we'll have to make in the family if everything works out.
I saw on Reddit that they typically schedule you 4 on and 3 off? And it seems like overnights are somewhat rare. So what does a typical day look like? How early do you start, and what time are you generally leaving the terminal in the evening? Is there much downtime between flights, or are you flying for most of the day? Are there standby schedules and seniority-based-bidding like in the airlines? Are the days of the week on which you fly consistent from month-to-month, or does it vary quite a bit?
Sorry for all the questions, but trying to make sure everyone is on the same page about what to expect should I make it through the process. Thanks for your time and input! Applying for a Denver FO position if that matters at all.

PHX guy here... April was a tough month schedule wise due to Great Lakes damaging one of our aircraft. We were short an aircraft and the PHX guys were forced to do deadheads to ABQ to start shifts. The schedule for May is much better, no deadheads. Our schedule looks like this. 7pm PHX-SVC-ABQ C.D.O.. 6am ABQ-SVC-PHX... Repeat that night.... Then off for 2 or 3 days....
The day trip looks like this: 8:30am PHX-SOW-PHX-SOW-PHX then 3 hour break in PHX, then PHX-SOW-PHX. Off by 6:30pm..
Boutique offers a good QOL and lots of days off. For low time guys, Boutique is a great way to get real IFR flying experience, the way you'll fly in the system prepares you for jet operations.... For high time guys, it offers a good quality of life and a lot of time at home....

Sent in my application 2 days ago. Just found this thread full of great info. Thanks to everyone that has contributed. Any inside info on FO positions in Dallas? I've got 800 hours TT, and have been instructing full time for the last 8 months. Really hope this opportunity works out. Sounds like a great job. I will have a 1.5 hour commute to Dfw.
