Looks like 32 total hires for Oct.

12 new hires on Nov 4, and 17 on Nov 11. That's 29 so far between those two classes for this month.

I have no idea how many there were for Nov 18 and Nov 25.

18 on Nov 18th.. So 47 total for the month so far.

According to Union we had 36 pilots leave in Oct not counting new hire resignations or failures so we grew by -4. Hope that trend continues!

The math of class numbers and attrition doesn't work out for growth. Any bets on how long before they up the new hire bonus goes to $20k and the rest of us?

I dunno man, any time I get a late-finishing assignment on the last day of P1 it's contractual but I feel pretty !

On the last page of this thread, he was complaining that we only had a class of 5 for one week, as if that's news worthy.

Now he's complaining that a new hire might get a decent wage, while he also makes a decent wage.

An additional $10k won’t change the class numbers appreciable.
Western base growth (Msp) would help. Flow or meet and greet obviously would cure problem.
