Let me assure you that the pro Envoy diatribe that you get on this site does not reflect the feelings of the majority of the pilot group there. You have a handful of "salesmen" on here that have FO seats to fill to advance their agenda of the flow actually working. It cannot work without replacements.

Things have taken a turn for the worse again at the Voy, if that is even possible. Management seems to want to "use" Envoy to cover RAH Miami flying until they can catch up. Just another slap in the face of the pilot group after turning the other cheek multiple times.

The QOL there has seriously taken a nose dive as of late. The prospective new hires aren't stupid and it is obvious they aren't buying short upgrade and flow with the very weak numbers Envoy recruitment is posting.

If you didn't choose Envoy, it appears that you have done your due diligence.
So now you're quoting yourself? This is fun.

Off topic though, you all crack me up. The thought of going above fl420 has really gotten your panties into a twist. You all remind of a child that was shown his or her first magic trick. I can see your faces now and hear all the ooooos and aaaaahs while drool runs down your chin as you ponder the fact that an aircraft can go higher than fl420. As if the hand of God has come down to lift the aircraft into some no mans land that even a guy like Bob Hoover himself would wet himself should he find himself up there.

why are you starting a fire? Remember Smoking is prohibited on the entire aircraft, including the lavatories. Tampering with, disabling or destroying the lavatory smoke detectors is prohibited by law.

I might work for Envoy as well, why does it matter to you?

Knowing how Envoy operates I would not be suprised now to see if them hire a detective to check on that flight school to see if you are flying outside company policy.

Quite frankly I don't care if your butt hurt because I am complaining about the company you say you work for.

This forum is a great tool for anyone looking at pros and cons of any company they might entertain as an option of employment.

I am posting my opinion based off my observations. When I see post that the company now has a coffee nazi I see no reason why I should not be able to chime in and bring attention to this fact.

Or let me guess your now going to tell me I should not bash China for child labor since I don't live there? Or maybe I should pipe down if Ford outsources several plants overseas and my family member loses a job as a result, since I don't work for Ford.

Your better off doing your own damage control at this point.

Hmmmmm. Damage control. silly rabbit tricks are for kids. By the way your opinion does have some valid points. Lets just be real, we are all bored and don't have anything better to than go at each other in the forums. Are we frustrated that we don't MIA ******* yea. How about the pay ******* yea. What can we do... not much. I cant quit my job and jump ships, cant afford going back to first year pay. So for now we are *******.

Look anyone that could jump ships realistically has. The rest are just trying to get out. Most left at Envoy will not be able to make a lateral move.

Not much you can do, but being honest about the treatment pilots clearly can't hurt. There is a reason management can't get new hires to come. Some of its money, quite a bit of it is treatment and QOL issues.

It is not your job as a line pilot to get bodies in the door. IMO you guys have had to endure the worst treatment I have ever heard. In this day and age when the pilots are the currency there is no reason to be treated as such.

The inability to get new hires through the doors speaks volumes. The less that show up the sooner you all might see some positive changes. From my observation Envoy won't change anything until the pain is too great. Once they get to that point all you can hope is they clean house and replace those that enjoy making your lives miserable.

Either way you very well may be able to help someone take a different path that may hold a better working environment or QOL than what you can't leave from now due to not being able to start over at 1st year pay and sitting reserve.

Having said that, it is hard to not be a jerk when someone claims I am somone else or making an account from several different screen names.

I have read this forum for many many years, and reading about an email sent out from some coffee nazi pushed me over the edge. Never felt the need to post here but truly this garbage is getting out of control at Envoy.

I've seen mall cops get treated better than the pilots at Envoy.
