That isnt very good across the entire spectrum

People aren’t exactly leaving Envoy in droves for other higher paying airlines either. Actions speak louder than survey results. Not being a negative nancy, just a taking a real look at the situation.

"We are happy to share that Envoy's engagement score is 65%"

That's sorta low......
