It's not a computer issue, it could be resolved in 2 minutes, it's a greed issue.

I was hoping pilot seniority was in there somewhere but not surprised that it isn’t. Thx for the detailed info!

Why would you accrue pilot seniority when you're not as pilot here. You might want to think about that a little bit.

Okay, apologies if I read over the questions I’m about to ask....I’ve read(skimmed)through a few threads, all 23pgs of this one and couldn’t find what I was looking for. I appreciate y’alls help in advance with these.

How junior is ATL and reserve times in that base? Would be commuting an hour outside of CHS. Or would like to move to DEN and be based out there, I’d assume DEN is a little more senior and would take longer to hold?

Is training all in house? Also, AQP?

Health insurance....good, fair, bad or terrible?

Thanks again!

Please disregard above question about AQP....

The health insurance is both bad and terrible. Bad because you are paying the company money as SkyWest is self insured. Terrible if have to use it, as you will be paying the company even more of your money back.

Cadet seniority is good for everything except bidding seniority and pay scale. Bonuses, travel (yes, even jumpseat), Zed eligibility is based off of cadet hire. For NH's that aren't well versed on how everything works yet, I don't blame them for being a bit confused.

Anyone good enough to share some basic info about the available plans/coverage? (ie, $X out of pocket monthly for $X annual deductible for a family of X or only yourself)
