Hey guys, Im currently flying my IOE trips right now. So new to the whole contracts, negotiations, and voting deal. Just wondering, when the contract does eventually go to a vote, where do you go to read it and how do you go about voting. Thanks

Pay extra attention to the hydraulics and electrical cbt's. Those are the most complex systems on the airplane. They will teach you in ground, but if you have even a slight understanding of those systems ahead of time, the explanations during ground will make a lot more sense.
I don't remember which cbt's they are, but anything related to the FMA and the guidance panel would be in your best interest to pay close attention to. If you have a moderate understanding of those 2, you'll be miles ahead when you get to PT and MT.
The rest of the cbt's are "meh"...

Any and all advice is greatly appreciate, thank you!
Honestly, if you just do as they tell you you'll be fine. Don't treat it like a vacation, time off is for studying.
I took notes during class and then in the evening I turned them into flashcards and studied them every evening after matrix. Study the study guide they provide you in class, if you know the answers to every question you should be alright. Do not study gouges from other people as information changes.
For sims prepare before every session, read the slides and backseat sim sessions as much as you can.

Because someone recently messed it up in real life, and the consequences in that scenario can be significant,
