Not necessarily... I'm in the 2/06 INDOC and I've received confirmation from multiple sources at the company that this class is moving forward. Hotels and flights have been booked as well. It appears we'll be the last one to go through for a while, though.

2/6 Indoc would have been a January CTP if applicable, so I think all February CTP starts and second week February Indocs are in the wind.

February 13th ground school start (post-indoc, ERJ) got somewhat confirmed pushed to February 27th. Have a buddy in that class that got this email:

"Just want to let you know I have you all tentatively slotted for the
02/27 ERJ Ground School. I do not expect these numbers to
change at all. That being said, I cannot confirm the class until 2
weeks prior. So expect an email from me on Monday, 02/13,
fully confirming you in that class."

Hi from a guy who went through this with Republic twice. They sent me PRIA forms and even once called me out of the blue to confirm with me that class was still happening. Then they called to cancel a few days later. They are going to keep up appearances to avoid creating a panic until the last moment necessary. No class date is secure until you're sitting in class on day one

It seems reasonable that part of the reason OO is delaying CTP/Indoc start dates in February and beyond is because they don't want to keep paying new hires for 3 month vacations while ground training is backed up. Obviously only part of the equation, the other part being a captain shortage.

But that’s the issue I would love for 3 months of pay. To sit around. Lol
