I heard Skywest just got a new pay package. Does anyone have details on the improvements?

I believe the sign on bonus is if you're typed in the CRJ or ERJ, I would ask for confirmation from recruiter on 175 since I believe the incentive for the company is a shorter course for new hire, but no shorter course yet exists on the 175, at least not till we get AQP which I was told would be September or October...but they did tell us we'd have it 03/2015 too so who knows haha

If you do have a current CRJ type do you have to go through the full initial new hire program? Or is there some sort of short course? Any details if such a program exists?

Wait a minute....you guys just voted in a 1.5% raise? You guys realize that delta just voted down an 8% raise the first year because it was not enough right? UFB!

Hmm, is there amy difference at all between Skywest and Delta? Something fundamental about how each do business? Nope, they are the same. Carry on with your outrage.

Normal indoc followed by short course, RJ only as far as I know. $7,500 (?)Although they would be smart to start something similar with the 175 in the wake of Rebublic's recent news.
