The training dept had if good in days past, Camille would send them the pick of the litter, now mins mean a job, but keeping it is a little more complex.
No Union means zero procedural protections, i.e, bad attitude + mistake = possible job loss.

The test is a minimum effort bar, make it over(pass) means the basics are met. If you can't scrape the that test into a pass column, the sims and/or line will spit you out.

You have to study. Since Camille was canned the training department has been given the honors of thinning the herd of unsats and attitude problem children. Getting hired with a pulse and ability to fog a mirror means you get to try and keep your job, if you don't try they will drop you without even blinking. Making probation is no guarantee either, bad attitudes on line means CPs get phone calls from CAs and the fuse is lit.

It's not, they still give three strikes and up to 10 hours of extra sim time before punching someone out, which is borderline insane.
I just talked to an RJ newb that said a few of the guys busted the indoc test, EPL, finally Systems and got the hammer. Failing one of those tests is bad. Failing one after another? Yeowza. Have fun at Mesa.

Over the last 4 months we have lost 41 pilots that were still listed as TRG in the seniority list when they dropped off. There may have been more that were already assigned a domicile. But that 41 is still about 25% of all the FO's we are losing.

They can also be noshows. A guy from my class didn't show and they erased him from them list 3 weeks after.
