Mostly LAX, PHX, DEN, SFO and SLC

SLC has 316 FOs, DEN has 246, LAX has 166, SFO has 122, and PHX has 65. That's as of today both bro and jet combined. Now not all of those people are bidding for various reasons but those are the totals on the senority list.

Classes for both CRJ and Brasilia each month until further notice. It looks like that's going to continue until the majors stop hiring or until we lose some really major contract.

The last time I was in the training center they said they were increasing class size to 50 per month starting in January.

I graduated with a bachelors from a 141 school in NE and closing in on 1000tt with 200 in a King Air. My patience is running thin (not like i have a choice). Anyways, the university i went to, applied for the institution of higher education for the whole r-atp but haven't been added to the faa 'list' yet.

Anyways, my question is, what if i applied? Could there be a chance of getting an interview? Let's say i get offered the job and the university still isn't on the list? Is that pretty much the end of me? I'd have to wait till 1500? Do regionals even look at the list of which schools are on it?

Or is this a stupid question? lol

I'm just afraid that by the time i build up to 1500, the regionals won't be hiring anymore. Regardless of pay or anything negative that is said about the regionals, I just want to be in the 121 field...

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Barring any catastrophic events (9/11, economic collapse, etc) the regionals will be hiring indefinitely for quite some time. You'll be just fine.
