Very much looking forward to it. Dream job at a great airline.
Congratulations!!! I hope to be in your shoes next year after a year of busy instructing. I would love to get the 120 also. How much Multi time do you have? Just curious if they are still requiring 100, or 50, or 25 like ExpressJet. Thanks!

That's ok because 5 captains and 5 FOs go with each transferred aircraft and merged into the Skywest pilots seniority list. Not to mention that if XJT furloughs because of transfer or expiring aircraft, under a bilateral flow agreement, those XJT pilots will be merged into the Skywest pilots seniority list.

I had about 115 multi when I interviewed. I think they want you to have 100, but I can't remember. Good luck with the instructing, that's how I got here.

I believe hey officially dropped it to 50 hours a month or so ago. It's on airlineapps now at least.

That's actually part of the ASA CBA, can't speak for the legacy XJT CBA.

What does ALPA have to do with anything that I wrote? You should see how many times SkyWest Airlines is mentioned in the scope section of the TA. People are negotiating for Skywest pilots and against them without them even knowing.

crflyer was referring to the TA passing. Which is what I was speaking of. But it's part of the XJT contract now through the transition and process agreement.

Anyway, it may make the upgrades these posters are talking about take even longer.

SkyWest Inc and SkyWest are different.... Inc is the umbrella y'all are under. And no one is negotiating for our pilots behind our backs. Nice try
