What could they possibly need all that sim time for?

Can't remember which class it is, but this month or next month's class has around 70 new hires.

I know there's always rumors about Alaska, but I did hear we signed ten 175s for Alaska.

I was simply extrapolating the October date. Just a guess.

Buying lots of sim time isn't a huge deal. I did new hire sim in CVG 3 years ago, as did half my class. Kinda weird seeing my old Comair buddies there at the same time.

I talked to one of the interview coordinators and the 70/month is nothing but a rumor. The classes will be 20-25!

Thanks guys!

So during training you are paid a flat rate of 60 hours per month at 22/hr? Regardless of how much time you spend in gs? Is that correct?
