No, its just you and your love for spouting the stupidest, wildest rumors you possibly can to make everyone else believe you have some insider info no one else has access to.

Can someone tell me how pay works on reserve and what the 1-4th year FO pay scale is?
Also, where is the EMB 175 currently bassed and what does skywest plan on doing with the E2 and MRJ orders?
I am currently a second year FO at trans states airlines, though I don't like it much and am looking around for other companies, preferably with E-Jets. I have an interview with republic coming up, but after a small amount of research, I decided I don't want to work at RAH. Mesa isn't that appealing either. Compass my or may not hire me due to the fact that I am already employed at a Trans States Holdings Company....
What are the pros and cons of sky-west?
If you were in my shoes, would you make the move?

Aren't you close to upgrading? I heard your upgrade is quick. But if you do want to make the move, SFO and ORD are the 175 bases. I think they said DEN may open up too.

Here are the CRJ 200 pay rates. The E175 is supposed to be 6.4% higher but I can't find the PDF from the last pay package and SAPA hasn't updated the pay scales on the website. I don't know the exact E175 numbers since I don't fly it.
Year 1: $22/hour (not sure if they ever raised it to $24?)
Year 2: $37.15/hour
Year 3: $39.38/hour
Year 4: $40.60/hour

Looks like the flight attendants are ****ed off at the 'slap in the face' pay proposal the company sent them... I would be very surprised if it passes. Now we need us pilots to stop caving in and fight for some real gains this next year when we once again get to vote on a new pay package. Jerry, Chip, Brad, etc have no problem giving themselves raises, but want all their hardworking employees to pay for their ExpressJet mistake.

Chase the base, QOL, good contract and good company.
Never chase the airplane and never a bottom feeder.

That's what everyone said about last year's pilot pay package too and it passed easily. What you read on internet forums are just a vocal minority of a pilot or flight attendant group. I hope it fails and I hope people spread the word in person about how bad it is. I won't be surprised if it passes though.
