100 ERJs is not unreasonable. But some 200's will certainly be parked in the process so I wouldn't count that as growth. Actually SKW will be lucky to break even in the long run.

They're bumping up the staffing to 12 pilots per airplane in the 175 starting in January.

Just ERJ or across the whole 70+ seat fleet?

News from the 175 school house is they are increasing staffing from 5 aside to 6 aside. Not sure on rest of fleet or for how long it'll be.

I will tell you this, although we are fighting to restrict scope and the leverage is on our side there are 76 seaters out there to be had with American. And in a communication email between APA and us pilots they directly commented on American's intent to place 20-40 of these E175 with SkyWest. I will not quote the letter but I expect the -200's to be traded for E-Jets soon.

COS is easy to get.. Upping to 6 crews per plane is because they are finding the 175 has better utilization per day than the CRJ fleet..

Well I was "recommended" for ground school this week. December 29 was mentioned. I thought there was also a December 19 class?? I'm sure I'll get a phone call with more info but does anyone know the December initial schedule?
