Not so sure. I believe SKW would voluntarily downsize their flying (which they're probably going to be doing anyway, voluntary or not) rather than lower their standards to the point of hiring anyone with a pulse. I think.

Question about the interview process. I know they require you to draw a turbine engine and fuel/electrical system. How detailed do they want you to go in the drawing? Also, when they are asking you questions about the systems when you review them, how detailed do they want you to answer the questions?
