SKW never disciplined anyone for reasonable missed commutes, unless that's changed recently. The SKW non-policy was better than most other official policies (I had a room-mate at ASA, he had to use FMLA every time he missed a 4-day).
Few airlines are in a position to be commute nazis... they know they don't want to pay a living wage in major hubs. Otherwise they would just require that you live within 5 miles of the airport center point.

No, I've been here only a couple years. I was fortunate enough to time it at the beginning of the wave. There's no excuse for not doing everything we can to elevate our profession. Do it for yourselves, and those that will come in after us. Just because you had to walk to school uphill both ways doesn't mean the next generation shouldn't be able to ride the bus.

Nothing, the largest regional pilot group has been promised rainbows and unicorns instead. Oh but wait, the reason Endeavor and republic got better contracts is because of the amazing Skywest SAPA agreement. Barf

I hate we are not unionized or that the group voted in a bad contract.
You are like word302 in the compass forum. Always popping in day by day when you don’t even work here. You must be senior to have enough time to come in here day by day and throw your hatred around each day at this airline.
Sorry lol, the OO forum would be boring without you though. I always get a good chuckle at your posts.
