Did you read the part about DL focusing 175 on competitIve markets? In ATL it is DL or DL. No need to "waste" a 175 if a 900 will do the trick.

I wonder about the wording on that..

The devices will be installed on all “original” Delta ERJ-175 aircraft.

I’d be interested to know which destinations we’re planning to serve. Any insights? I know compass used to do SEA-FAI.
