Depending on who you talked to down there, a lot of people think they know stuff down there, but they don't know what is going on in the background. So unless it was mentioned by someone high level, I wouldn't take it too seriously.

Yup. It's just like the rumors you hear when you're in for recurrent.

SGU may be worried that somebody will buy them for their pilots, ultimately leaving the SGU crowd unemployed.

Why was the bonus so underwhelming considering net was up 70% over Q1 2017?

Another curious thing when the question of attrition came up. Ummh yeah... it's been uummhh consistent with past years, yes..and the pipeline on the front is strong.

That is a good question because my check looked low but is accurate per the rules of the game. Come to think of it. Our checks are based off the percent profit margin. So as top and bottom lines grew the percent remained similar even though OO was making more physical dollars. Maybe they spent the extra$ but in a recent earnings call they said SKYW wouldn't be a net payer or taxes for a few years so I don't know how much the tax cut helped us this quarter. But even that one guy mentioned it in his memo as it helping so really I have no idea where the money went.

TLDR: I don't really know.

Performance changed from A:14 to A:0. I’m unsure if that made a significant difference this time around. I didn’t really care enough to look into it and compare numbers.
