Just remember to breathe, you will do just fine, whatever you do don't show up in board shorts and drunk. You will get sent to the CRJ.

Lots of new American flying in ORD for May, including a decent amount of -700 stuff. Pretty interesting, I don't remember seeing any announcement or communication about this. Thought all the AA -700s were going to LAX.

I believe it's just for the month of May. June will have all 7 700s based in LAX.

I'm considering applying to SkyWest and relocating to Sacramento area for family reasons. Does anyone have any input as to which SkyWest base would be the easiest commute (flight commute not drive) from Sacramento? How long to hold the base? Input from anyone currently making a commute from Sacramento to one of SkyWest's bases would be appreciated. PM if you want. Thanks!

Not so simple, lots of Skywest commuters, since they closed the base. Commuting by car can be difficult as well, check your traffic app for traffic in the Bay Area between 0500-0900 and 1530-1830 as well. You will get it "right out of training" for a reason, op was hoping to lure another sucker in so as to bump him up and off reserve, good effort though. "shouldn't be a problem", who could ever imagine a seat availability problem from the state capital to a worldwide financial center?
