The supervisor literally told him to have his uniform. I don't know about you, but I'm a commuter. I don't usually take my DH as I'll go straight home. I'll sit ready from my couch drinking a beer, where I'll be ready to tell them no.

*** are they smoking over in St. George these days? The only way for this type of crap to stop, is to simply refuse to play along.
Stuffy nose, requires Benadryl.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this, but I thought the reason days where we deadhead to and from training don't pay MDG is because the company wanted the ability to assign things if they did pay MDG. There was some compromise in an old pay package that the company can't assign anything with the deadhead, but we also don't get paid MDG. If they're going to pull the RDY and reflow crap then they better start paying us MDG.

I have training this week and looks like I'm not getting MDG for my DH's.

We haven't gotten MDG for them in a long time. I thought the reason why is because we have a compromise where they can't assign us reflows, RDY, etc after them in return for us not getting MDG. That's why I questioned it when someone said that reserves are being assigned RDY after them.

The reality is that you guys need to unionize. I spent a short stint at Skywest between military and legacy, and I know I'm preaching to the choir, but the only way to stop this is get a union to back you up. IMHO

Right, cuz you don't hear all the union shops all complaining about the same stuff. Don't get me wrong, I'll sign a card tomorrow, I just don't have any grand illusions that it will change anything.

Even if we voted it in tomorrow, it'll take years to get a contract hammered out.
