Yes. Customers prefer frequency, they want to travel on their schedule, ie not arrive at 0830 for a 1530 meeting, nor have a six hour airport appreciation waiting for their connection. Leave a gap like that and the competition will fill it quick-like.

I think its great the majors are finally realizing that the regional model needs to be fine tuned. I am still not sold on what they think the marketplace is for the E175 however....
The only routes that RJ's "have no business being on" are those which don't make business sense. If the pax are willing to buy tickets and be jammed into an RJ seat for 3.5 hours that's their problem. Until the "bill of rights" gets expanded to cover seat spacing vs. flight duration.

You can get MSP immediately out of training and will spend about a month, maybe two on reserve depending on your class seniority (based on your last 4 of your social)

0 months and 0 months. You will likely be a line holder in MSP before you finish training. You'll finish out the month on reserve after completing IOE.

That would be great for those of us in MSP but highly highly unlikely.

Does anyone know if training pay (65 hours per month) and travel benefits start at the beginning of CTP or only upon starting ground school for the Type Rating? Thank you

Also, after DTW and MSP, what are the next 1-2 most junior bases please?

Pay begins with CTP. Not sure about the travel benefits.
