As opposed to a captain at a third tier regional? I'd go to K4 or Atlas tomorrow if I could stand being gone for 17 days...

First available class. The correct answer is always* take the first available class.

*exemptions available to applicants wanting to give 2 weeks notice and those desiring a domicile only available for one airframe.

Where may I obtain a copy of the skywest pay scale?

Also, how do the quarterly/yearly/etc bonuses work and what can someone expect with those if he were to stay an FO for 7 years or so?

Thank you for the information?

Payscale can be found on this website. Go to the Airline Profiles at the top.

The ppm will cover compensation, regrettably in two separate part but it is all there.

Excluding new hire bonuses. There are three boni.
After 12 months the paltry performance rewards.
After 24 months you are eligible for the financial rewards.
The new for pilots only profit sharing, is for all pilots. I have no clue if it only counts for people post ioe.

Our HR department is absolutely offended CCB!

We had a guy handing out pamphlets at WIA about what pilots coming here could expect (he was encouraging them NOT to come...). I know HR wasn't too happy and neither was management.
