Skywest v2.0

youre all gonna get a warning for using initials. I got a warning for using initials one time by a moderator. A Skywest moderator no less. And a SAPA guy. SAPA was trying to moderate the airline pilot central forums like they moderate their own forums and control your speech. They will moderate you all here for using initials. You have been warned!!! And I am watching them.....you are all warned for using initials and banned for 2 days from posting. They better warn people equally!!

Not many left like SL, he will be sorely missed. Would have been a better choice for VP as he wasn't afraid to stand up to MT, CC, and LH. No dissent is tolerated at those levels however, toe the company line or find another job. He made a good choice in leaving.

I interviewed with one other applicant. I don't know how his HR and tech portion went but the CRM scenario was rough. He wasn't offered a job. He also wore a grey suit with a silver tie and brown shoes. Don't know if that had anything to do with it. But I noticed. So to say they will hire anyone isn't exactly true. You still have to prepare for any interview. OO has the most thorough pilot interview process I have ever been through.
