Not many left like SL, he will be sorely missed. Would have been a better choice for VP as he wasn't afraid to stand up to MT, CC, and LH. No dissent is tolerated at those levels however, toe the company line or find another job. He made a good choice in leaving.

From past experiences how would one rate difficulty of hire in regionals. Ranking from most difficult to they will take anyone with a pulse

I interviewed with one other applicant. I don't know how his HR and tech portion went but the CRM scenario was rough. He wasn't offered a job. He also wore a grey suit with a silver tie and brown shoes. Don't know if that had anything to do with it. But I noticed. So to say they will hire anyone isn't exactly true. You still have to prepare for any interview. OO has the most thorough pilot interview process I have ever been through.

I agree. They won't hire anyone. It's still holding strong at about 98% of applicants. Still better than the 30% back in 2004

I've heard a couple cases of applicants with atrocious personalities not getting the job, one of whom I can personally vouch for.
