I interviewed with one other applicant. I don't know how his HR and tech portion went but the CRM scenario was rough. He wasn't offered a job. He also wore a grey suit with a silver tie and brown shoes. Don't know if that had anything to do with it. But I noticed. So to say they will hire anyone isn't exactly true. You still have to prepare for any interview. OO has the most thorough pilot interview process I have ever been through.
I saw this same info on the airlineinterview gauge, most of the guys who had white shirt, black tie, black suit, got the job offer. any one can confirm that ?

Sure. Confirmed!
Don't lie, Be yourself, don't say stupid things and dress sharp.
Did you send your application?

You don't have to have a black suit and black tie. Just a dark suit and conservative tie. When the cadets come in the company has them wear a black tie and white shirt for their company ID photo.

It actually can't and statistically won't happen to all of us. I personally know it won't happen to me because every single time I load an approach into the airport. Even if the runway doesn't have one, I'll load a made up visual using the FMS.
It's like the gear, I've never landed without it down, and won't ever because it's like putting
on shoes to me. I don't leave the house without shoes, because it's ingrained in me.

They hired a guy whowore shorts to the interview, he is still here. The guys that don't get an offer that day still get hired after it crosses TGs desk.

I agree, the key to getting hired is being honest, being prepared and presenting yourself as a professional. Admit your mistakes and shortcomings, no one is perfect.

Just show up don'tbe a total clown there giving almost everyone a shot, heck IOE can go on forever as well these days. Desperate times bring desperate measures. 1st year pay wasn't jacked up because they wanted to be nice and do the right thing.
