Yeah the performance payout is really insignificant either way.

Performance Q1 2017 paid 241$
Performance Q1 2018 paid 264$

Must be more employees equaling smaller pies.

Opinions on if the company would ever allow one to break an equipment lock if it's ERJ FO to CRJ FO considering staffing is thinner on the CRJ side ? Less then 1 yr remaining on the lock.

I've known it to happen. Keep bugging the bid lady, if they have a late cancellation you might be able to sneak in. Be ready to go to class with zero notice.

Of course they do, they’re betting their remainder of their careers on it. How else would you be this profitable for shareholders and raise wages simultaneously, I don’t think you can.. they know it, and they’re betting on a economic shake up before the continued growth and inevitable attrition.. stalling is the best bet for now.
