I still can't believe that there are believers who believe in the believability of more CRJ 900 lites coming our way. It is just so unbelievable.

I too would guess 200 flying is reduced first if it comes to it.
The recent acquiring of more EAS routes has been a direct result of previous at-risk flying being changed by mainline to contract flying. They say they want to keep at-risk flying at 10%, so they threw out bids.

At some point here a contract won’t be renewed.

Edit: American 175s!!!

He said 100 new aircraft.. we have 45 to go if you dont count the 30 used 200’s in those 100 aircraft..

Yeah - and all of them a left pocket / right pocket. Gloating over the ASA birds and the 30 DL 175SC which were really traded for the 30 ASA 700 is a little misplaced here. The only "real" industry growth are the AS birds.

And yes, it is nice to see "growth" here but be careful how this is being perceived.

As for 900 lite - that was a very convenient rumor at the time of the TA. My guess is that we will not see any factory new airplanes coming to SKYW any more. More 175? Probably but I wouldn't count on CRJ.

You do realize that this is all driven by scope? 175SC or 900 lite are nothing else as 700 replacements, i.e. 70 seats.

And guess what plane pax like better? Hence no 900 lite.
