It's like we are on the titanic. SLC and most skywest mainline are in first class going out in half full life boats, while the common folk crj drivers not in said holy land, are trying to get to a life raft.

Sounds like company is interested in focusing most of the money towards new hires.

The thing about the TA is it can’t be worse then what we have and we would be waiting 4 more years minimum to see anything new. So yes it probably won’t meet what we deserve but it’s better and sooner than waiting on ours to expire.

That being said it doesn’t warrant a automatic yes or no but due consideration

Great point. It’s most likely very true. I know everyone is hopeful of a pay rate match and QoL improvements, but I’m doubtful of anything substantial to vote for.

I’ve heard block change to be in line with industry. Big increase for FOs and small increase to just below republic for captains. Maybe average bonuses rolled into hourly.

Is it going to be better? Or is it going to look better until it gets implemented and then it will actually be worse once the company manipulates it... just like how RBDO, Proffering, etc all turned out to have a bunch of loopholes and lowered reserve QOL when we thought it couldn't get much worse.
