74 hours credit? Can we trade lines? I haven't gotten less than 90 hours since, well, ever. And I bid in the top third in base.

Sucks, been there. It might be 11 off if they tack on a composite reserve day to bring you up over guarantee. Email your transition rep so you can at least get some say in what day that may be.

MSP is a way to trade all of your QOL and live like a bottom-feeder in exchange for fast TPIC.

The upside is that, unlike some other regionals, you can eventually bid out of that crap.

Is there a difference in training between the ERJ and CRJ? Is one program better? Are they losing people in training?

There are differences in training but everything pales in comparison to your QoL and relative seniority progression.

Go with the CRJ - life will be a lot better much faster!!!!

Any rumors of SkyWest paying for commuter hotels? Trying to avoid commuting altogether but as a backup, trying to get info. I know several airlines have offered rooms but can't find anything on whether or not SkyWest is doing that.

I haven't heard any rumors of that. As long as the company is filling classes, it will not happen.
