This is pretty much what's going to be happening with all the carriers slowly but surely. FWIW that's a somewhat common 175 pairing.

Unless your American in which case your plan is to try and staff your regionals with subpar wages and have no aircraft on order as replacements for the 190s you're retiring. We'll see how this works out *rolls eyes.

Nope...

It's not happening either.

Didn't hear that one. Heard the one about the guy who pooped all over the hotel floor after a night out. That's one way to end your career

Heard a rumor this morning that United is pulling out of a RJ purchase deal for Sky West. I have no details of how many planes it was, or any plan going forward. I guess we may hear more later this week but if there is any truth to it then that 15k pilot number is sounding more valid.

Well being united is not purchasing any planes for Skywest I'm gonna say you need to check your source. All of the planes they have coming are owned by OO.

If you're talking about the CPA for the 700's it's been known for a while that they were all leaving United.

Mesa is the only one that united has purchased planes for.

Since United can only have 153 76seaters and skywest, republic(self purchased) ,mesa (united purchased) have combined orders in excess of that then somthing has to give. It is plausible that somone is going to get an order cut, or not delivered.
