I'm looking at the DVR right now and have always wondered if there is a certain way you can tell if you'll be a lineholder in another domicile? Would be helpful to know to make better predictions and life choices

You can make a educated guess by looking where you would be on the seniority list in that domicile and then looking at the Bid info section on the PBS page. The only ? Would be if the lines are the same or better after transfer and how many people senior to you are transferring with you

Is new hire training at Sky west easier to get through then other regional's or is the training practically the same wherever you go?

If you show up and put your time in studying and doing everything you can on your end to show them you want to be there and are trainable, they will work with you, to a point, if you have some issues. If you show up and put in a half a**ed effort you will not make it through. Probably goes without saying that all other airlines are about the same.
If you are worried about how easy or hard 121 training is going to be, maybe re-evaluate if you are ready or not for it. Nothing wrong with that, but its better to realize that before you jump in head first.

Also, you'll have more people to study with at Skywest since most other places are having a hard time attracting anyone.

Modern avionics/jet is the easiest IFR flying I've found out there.
