FYI latest CRJ upgrade at 2yrs 2months.
That's still 1500 numbers off the bottom of the list though.

Just went through interview and was told the same thing regarding upgrade time; 2-2.5 years. Took DTW as base, told I'd basically go from training to an airplane with little or no reserve wait. And before you tell me, I get that the recruiters are drinking the cool-aid. But I seriously doubt their going to say 2.5 years and it really be 4.

Yep. Noticed the same thing. Doubt the erj will go anywhere though it's been sr for a while now.

Awards are not even close to being done... More CRJ captain will get awarded as they back fill from the guys going to the ERJ

Hey guys, thinking about joining Skywest, I have a SIC ERJ 145 type rating, would that qualify me for the $7500 bonus? or does it need to be a PIC type?
