Anyone know what the deal is with upgrades on the ERJ. rumor mill is that they are not doing any upgrades on that machine from the current FO group.
Other rumor mill is that there is some announcement coming on Nov 1'st for skywest and its a biggie.

I have heard every rumor from IAH going all E175 due to Mesa being unable to fulfill its obligations and first year pay rising to $50/hr to United Airlines buying SkyWest in as little as two weeks. They're entertaining, bahaha.

My take IAH is salvageable..(via the new AA flying) the Company still has 100 firm orders for 175's. They want to secure those before they have to pay a penalty. UA cant own a regional per there FA contract.. my guess is thery are about to raise pay.. not via a bonus. But straight up Pay. And increase the pilot profit sharing. Time will tell..
