Call or Text the sapa prez. He always gets back same day..

They bypass seniority to suit their "needs" Just ask the PDX FO's and CA's
(I know you already know that, just highlighting the bullsh**)

Well, either you suck on kool aid, or the teet of a union that does nothing for you but take your money.

At least the kool aid is free.

Careful, you seem to be close to a Kool-aid OD...

Maybe the koolaid ODs are the reason so many people are calling in sick and then getting told they need to visit the chief pilots to discuss responsibilities. Lots of future major airline denials due to all these letters in the pilot files.

Maybe that is their retention plan?? 31 CA gone so far this month (most in one month in the 2 years I have been tracking it) and we still have almost another week. Since they obviously don't want to do anything to improve QOL to keep people around, this must be the next best thing. Get some attendance letters in your personal file so that you will have to stick around.

Hey SGU! Whatever you do, do not consider taking the 30-40 extra 175 FO reserves you have in ORD and maybe TDT a couple of them to SFO, PDX, DEN or SEA. Do not even think about spreading them out to make someones commute better or maybe have 2 or 3 extra reserves above the minimum so that someone could drop a trip through Sched+. Keep all the minimums high so you have to do all transactions manually. Then TG can tell everyone what a great job you are doing!!
