unless you are in the top 8%, there is pretty much no point in bidding foR PBS. You are you going to be flying the maximum amount of days legally anyway. Which is great for those wanting to move on.

Do they honor seniority with their bidding or equipment transitions? Or offer to take on more flying than they have the staffing for?? I won't jump from one regional to the next but it may not be a bad gig if someone is just starting out. It's not like it's Mesa or Republic. What does SkyWest offer that other regionals don't??

Having worked there for several years there's so much i could tell you!!! You think you're disillusioned now?...... Despite some glaring issues here at Skywest, it's a night and day difference between the 2!!
