If you are wearing a hat, then everyone knows from across the terminal what kind of person you are.

It saves time, really.

leather coat = tool
Perv Coat = unapproachable
Long sleeves are tools
Short sleees with ties look like Dwight Schrute. Or for the large number of Arian beefcakes at this airline the short sleeves and flare really smacks of "just back from a hitler youth summer camp"
Hats are for tools
Blazers are for tools (if FOs)

I just want to know when are we getting suspenders added to the uniform.

So everyone's standing bid got thrown in if you wanted it or not and they add an acknowledgement to the pbs login after most people have bid. I bet they don't publish the bids this month.

Did you not read the memo to delete your standing bid? I did what it said and re entered my normal bid. Got what I usually got... finished at layer 1.
The acknowledgment is a carry over from the bid period. They did not just arbitrarily award your standing bid unless you didn't delete it during bidding.

What is skywests commuter policy? I understand there aren't any bonuses, but when you factor in the profit/on time rewards, how does that work pay wise? Thx all

We don't have a defined commuter policy. But if you can't make it just call schedulI got and tell them. Obviously if it keeps happening over and over every week you may have to talk to your chief.

Those are bonuses (3).
Some new hires qualify for a bonus.
Referring a new hire is also a bonus.
