Keep loving Skywest. All the while the unilaterally change the "contract" and you just take it because there's nothing you can do. But it's OK. Best regional!

Great retort. Way to answer the question.

It's a regional. They all suck in the grand scheme for the average line pilot. But to keep bashing it with no backing is ridiculous. If it's that bad, leave. But you won't, because you're paid better than average.

Right now the most junior person was 3 months. All new hires are getting ORD/DTW in the last few classes. Doesn't look like it's getting better...

I asked about this a few pages ago but not sure what's going on with it. Just looks stagnant. I think it's almost a year to get off reserve.

A year on reserve? Is that the ERJ? I thought the new hires were getting CRJs and flying quite a bit. I've been leaning toward SKW, but I definitely don't want to commute to Chicago or Detroit to sit reserve for a year. Ugh.

I think I'm going to get some leather lotion and massage the old dead cow for a while.

Not that long in ord and DTW. That's MSP reserve

My comment was all for MSP reserve. You won't sit that long in Chicago or Detroit. Just giving you perspective to what to expect if you want MSP. Won't take long to get it looks like but progress looks pretty slow right now. Not saying it'll be that way in 6 months though. Lots changes. Ask that question when you get a class date...my biggest regret was planning it all out for COS which was a great base to get and move up. Now I'm in class....takes 6 months + just to get COS let alone move lol!

Actually we are now well below average, but keep voting in those 1% raises.
