So why does the airline publish those dates for the general public when we don't have access to all the info for it to make sense? Is there any other purpose it serves?
It lets you know how long it takes to get Captain at each base or how long (as an FO) to get to your base of choosing.

Ah, ok. That makes sense. Thank you!

One guy washed out of my class at Mesa. He came straight to SkyWest. So hop down off those high horses, kids.

He probably washed out of here too then.

Longer on ERJ than CRJ in ord, but ERJ is coming down. ERJ reserve was long since both CA and FO were stock piled up to accommodate deliveries. But as it stands today it's higher than CRJ

Extremely unlikely. Recent 121 failures are a auto no from the review board

Why?
At my last job a classmate was washed and fired then came to SkyWest and now has years of seniority on me. (And more money)

I am anticipating a much longer reserve on the ERJ. They are cutting the classes in half behind me, because pilots have outrun deliveries. So, fewer people behind me in seniority at base until deliveries catch up.

Not necessarily. We have the resources to work with people who struggle more so than other places.

I doubt that's the case. We have upgrades who's classes are getting pushed out because they are worried about staffing the right seat.
