With being 40 and going to a regional, is it hard to get hired to a mainline being in your mid to late 40's? Would it be more beneficial going to one of the AA wholly owned carriers that have a flow to where you wouldn't be discriminated against on your age?

Does anyone know what the average time is to complete IOE? I have two 4 day IOE trips scheduled. If things go well do I get signed off? If things don't go well then what?

Also, how long is OOE?

Lots of guys getting hired at mainline in their 50's. QOL at AA wholly owned airlines sounds atrocious. The sure way to AA is through a wholly owned. The fastest way to AA is not through a wholly owned.
