YOU can use vacation time. THEY cannot, unless you ask them to.

If you have no user left, you don't get paid but your vacation is untouched. If you prefer to get paid, you can burn the vacation.

Vacation is always under your control. On that note, NEVER cash out vacation (the company offers that each year)...ask your CA why not.

It's going to take longer than one month to move the sims. Also we don't have any more planes coming, that plays a big factor for now.

No more 175s after the last 5 are delivered for United? That will definitely slow things down quite a bit for new hires --- particularly with the number of CRJ pilots switching over.

There are still a few Delta and Alaska 175s to be delivered as well.

Just so we can be clear, we do not have any more aircraft being delivered. Everything is else is a rumor

What are you talking about?? We still have a handfull of 175's coming and used 200's coming. Plus add 30 captains and 30 FO's leaving a month, upgrades under a year and that wont change... not sure what you're implying..??..

We have a few 175s coming. To me the 200s are still rumors and nothing else is concrete. All I'm saying that we don't have any large scale deliveries coming at this point. Yes, attrition is high but the growth is just in two bases at this point.

All I am saying is no where is it stated as growth, could easily just be a replacement. I didn't mean to anger you, simply saying we don't have any addition orders to fill.
