Yup. I'm quite positive that every week, the CS managers show metrics to TG and the bean counters that include something like:

"Percentage of reserve pilots utilized last week: XX%"

And I'm equally convinced that they will TDY an SFO guy to ORD, and an ORD guy to SFO at the same time, just to boost that number.

There's just absolutely no question about it.

When an FO upgrades after 5 years are do they get first year CA pay or 5 Year CA Pay.
