Do you mean CIRP? It sounds like you guys copy all the ALPA ideas. That’s good. It would help if you also actually helped with things like HIMS getting re-appropriated in congress each time it keeps up. Just like you say that most people don’t search out what available, you guys don’t seem to search out all the things ALPA does for the profession, OTHER THAN A CONTRACT.

For a major alpa makes complete sense. For a regional, not so much. How can ALPA push for major airline pilots to reduce the amount of contract flying while at the same time help a regional get more flying. SkyWest need someone besides ALPA, but they do need something in my opinion.

Because no other MEC can tell another MEC what to negotiate. I really don’t know why people don’t understand that. UAL or dal MEC cannot tell any regional MEC what not to negotiate. And vice versa. Each MEC is its own union. Each MEC decides what they negotiate for. Period.

Because they’re a bunch of freeloaders. Everything that is offered at the Mighty Skywest comes off the backs of union supporters in this industry. There’s nothing that Skywest has been innovative at other than be non-union and get the stuff for free. Although, their last wage increase was a bit outside the norm. Usually they keep in pace with their union counterparts with pay in benefits. Maybe someday the koolaid will taste bitter.

Pretty sure he's earned the right to be after how SkyWest ruined ExpressJet. How does it feel to be the most hated airline in Atlanta?

This is nothing new. Air Wisconsin pilots should be mad at every regionals in Denver (in the 90’s the owned Denver) .. And Mesa should be made at Republic for there CMH base after Mesa lost its America West flights there... This trend will continue over and over.. its the “life cycle” of the regionals...

Don't give up the faith brotha! One mistake does not a career make.

If you really want it, you'll get your shot. Just be ready to tell your story and how it made you better.
